Kinsey graduated from Western Washington University in 2006 where she obtained her B.S. in Exercise Physiology. Her passion for learning about health and the human body led her to both Massage Therapy (2009) and Acupuncture/East Asian Medicine (2013) training. She focuses on areas affected by overuse, repetitive strain injuries, everyday aches and pains, anxiety, headaches, depression, and the many symptoms associated with stress. She utilizes a combination of both Western and Eastern modalities that include: acupuncture, point injection therapy, facial rejuvenation treatments, cupping, TMJ treatment, trigger point release, manual therapy, stretching (yoga), cupping, electro-acupuncture, gua-sha, micro-needling, and much more. For the past 18 years, she has been teaching yoga throughout Skagit County and has recently teamed up with a fellow yoga teacher to start an Acu-Yoga class which encompasses both restorative yoga and auricular (ear) acupuncture. She holds a 200-RYT certification and is currently pursuing her 500 hour RYT (yoga teacher certification). Lic # AC 60707203 & MA 60116798 NPI # 1770800948 |
